PRI Cotton Quilted A/P pad with Nitro Gel Inserts All Purpose Cotton Quilt pad with removeable inserts. Use the pad with all , some, or none of the inserts. You can also trim the inserts to different shapes with scissors. Use the front inserts alone, to lift the front of a saddle up for balance. Use with all the inserts for extra padding under a saddle.
